Each fundraiser must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to the event.
At least one Board member must be present to handle funds.
Candidates are required to raise a minimum of one hundred dollars ($100) and
turn over all money raised to the treasure by midnight, prior to voting day.
Voting will take place one week before Coronation.
Winners will be announced at the Coronation Ceremony
Coronation will be held between the 2nd weekend in March and 2nd weekend in April each year.
