Fill out the two page form, email or turn in to any Board Member. 

Membership dues can be paid online, (note it's for "Reign Dues") or in person with a valid OK ID. 

Membership is not finalized until you have shown a valid Oklahoma ID, have the two page application completed, 

signed (by Applicant and Board Member) and dues are paid.
