It is during this stressful time that our membership as well as those who may be traveling to take precautions and reduce any and all risk that could compromise the health of others.

In light of the announcement of a civil emergency by the Mayor of Tulsa G.T. Bynum and a state of emergency by both the Governor of Oklahoma Kevin Stitt and the President of the United States, we regret to announce the postponement of Coronation XIII on April 3rd–5th.

The I.C.A.O. has rescheduled Coronation XIII for June 12th-14th to be held at the original hotel, The Tulsa Renaissance Hotel & Convention Center.

We have been in communication with the host hotel and they have agreed to allow cancellations up to 24 hours to be waived from any penalty. However, if you would like to keep your reservation, please call the hotel DIRECTLY and ask them to change your dates to the newly scheduled dates. Tulsa Renaissance Hotel 918-307-2600

We also will cancel our public voting locations for monarch candidate(s) due to the CDC and the WHO encouraging the restriction of public gathering to no more than 10 people. Voting will take place by the membership of the I.C.A.O virtually to maintain privacy and to ensure the safety of others by reducing public gatherings. Election results will still be announced during coronation as usual. If you have prepaid for tickets, we will transfer them to the new event dates unless your request a refund by contacting us at impcourtok@gmail.com. If you placed an ad in our Coronation XIII Program and need to change it please contact us as well.

Even though we are in the midst of a crisis, we can’t ignore the outstanding work our reigning monarchs have accomplished. Emperor XII Jeff Germany and Empress XII Keri Jo Scudder-Allan, along with the membership have done tremendous work this year. We look forward to celebrating their success with you in June.
